HOW DO QUARTERLY COMBO- PEST CONTROL & RODENT PLANS WORK?
When you sign up for the Quarterly Combo Pest Control & Rodent Plan, we will inspect your building for rodent activity and signs of insect activity. We discuss the plan we will install with you, and then we install the rodent stations on the outside of your building. We then spray for insects inside the building and outside as well. The active ingredient (BAIT) in the rodent stations, and the insect control chemicals are effective for a minimum of 3 months, which is the longest on the market. The rodent stations are tamper-proof, safe for small pets and children, and follow strict safety measures to the letter.
After the first quarterly combo visit, we service the rodent stations and replace bait as needed every quarter. While there, we treat the outside for insects as well. If this schedule is maintained, you should see no further insect or rodent activity in your building.
If you notice rodent or insect activity in your building between quarterly services, please give us a call and we will schedule a time to come out and look into further treatment options at no cost to you.
Because we do not need to come inside for quarterly service, we will not need to schedule an appointment with you which requires you to block off time in your schedule to be home to let us in. Because we do not need to schedule exact times for our quarterly service calls, we are better able to route our technicians, which keeps costs down. We are then able to keep costs low and pass those savings on to you.
When our technician arrives to do quarterly combo service at your building, he will attempt to make contact with you. If no one responds, he will service and refill your stations, treat the outside for insects, and leave a copy of the receipt on your door. The receipt contains all vital information, such as arrival time and date, amounts and type of products used, and any other information he feels may be important to the client.
Payments on quarterly treatments must be set up on our “Easy Payment” system using a debit/credit card. This eliminates the overhead of additional staff to administer payments.
Our Quarterly treatment pricing is based on 2 important and non-negotiable terms;
1.) We must use the “Easy Payment System” which uses a debit/credit card.
2.) We do not schedule these out with the customer. They are automatically routed by software.
Remember that you can call us day or night to set up a service call between quarterly visits to meet any additional needs that you may have free of charge.
