How do Quarterly Treatments work?
When you sign up for the quarterly plan, we will do an initial treatment inside which we call a “clean out”. This will exterminate all insects in your home. We will also apply a treatment outside that we call a “Barrier treatment”. The products that we use are effective for 3 months (longest on the market). To ensure that insects do not get back into your home, we need to reapply the barrier treatment every quarter. If this schedule is maintained, you should never see activity in your home. Therefore there will not be a need to treat the inside of your home from here on out. We will only need to reapply the barrier treatment. If you do ever see bugs in your home, please give us a call and we will come out, at that time to do an inside treatment at no cost.
Because we do not need to come inside for your quarterly treatments, we will not need to schedule an appointment with you thus needing you to block off time in your schedule to be home and let us in. Because we do not have to schedule times for our quarterly service calls, we are better able to route our technicians, which keeps the cost down. We then are able to pass those savings onto you.
When our technician arrives to perform quarterly services at your home, he will attempt to make contact with you. If you are not home the technician will perform the barrier treatment and leave a copy of the receipt in or on your door. The receipt contains information like when he arrived & left, what products he used and how much, Etc.
Payments on quarterly treatments must be setup on our “Easy Payment” system which uses a credit/Debit card. This will eliminate the overhead of staff administering payments/receivables.
Our quarterly treatment prices are based on 2 important and non-negotiable terms:
- We must use the “Easy Payment” system which uses a credit/Debit card.
- We do not schedule these out with the customer. They are automatically routed by software.
Remember though that you can call us day or night to setup a service call to meet any needs that you may have free of charge.
